By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Herbicides have reportedly been OK’d by the Hopkinton Conservation Commission as one part of the battle against the increasing weed problem in Lake Maspenock. As for concerns about PFAS contamination, Heath Director Shaun McAuliffe, himself an environmental scientist, reportedly said PFAS have no bearing on the lake treatment.
