Hopkinton Recognized for Biotech-Friendly Environment by MassBio

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Hopkinton is primed to invite more biotech companies to set up shop according to the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council also known as MassBio. The Hopkinton Chamber of Commerce says Hopkinton has earned a Platinum status rating under MassBio’s BioReady rating system which evaluates zoning practices and infrastructure capacity that can ease the pathway for new biotech labs and manufacturing facilities. The Chamber is hosting a celebration of the achievement on March 19 at RoslinCT.
