By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Court documents show Hopkinton is standing by the amount it paid a Main Street property owner for taking a piece of it by eminent domain for the Main Street Corridor Project. Crosspoint filed a lawsuit last year against the town saying it was entitled to more than the $381,000 payout, claiming that didn’t take everything into account that it should have.
