Lori Nickerson Appointed to Fill Vacant Hopkinton School Committee Seat

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Hopkinton School Committee and Select Board have chosen Lori Nickerson to fill a vacant seat on the School Committee. At a joint meeting last night, Nickerson was appointed to serve out the term of Holly Morand who resigned last month to take a job with Hopkinton Youth & Family Services. Morand’s term expires in May and Nickerson said she was not yet sure if she would run to keep it and would decide in the spring. She was previously elected and served on the School Committee from 2014 to 2017.
