1963 - 2026
Tammy brought great joy to her family and those around her. She was a longtime participant in the former Alternatives work program, where she made many friends, and more recently was a member of the community at Liberty Adult Day Health Center in Hopkinton.
Tammy had a remarkable memory for dates and special events. She enjoyed organizing her papers and folders in her room, keeping track of important dates, following the Red Sox schedule, and watching movies from her collection, including The Sound of Music, The Wizard of Oz, HELP, and Grease, as well as the 1960s Batman television series.
She appreciated her daily routines but especially looked forward to holidays and family gatherings, when she would say a special grace before meals. She also enjoyed spending time with her great-nieces and taking trips to Cape Cod with her sister Joanne.
The family expressed their gratitude to the caregivers who showed Tammy patience, understanding, and kindness throughout her life.
Tammy is survived by her sister, Joanne Maietta and her husband, Michael, of Upton; her brother, Steven Ferrucci and his wife, Debbie, of Northbridge; her nephew, Joel Guadagnoli and his wife, Sherri, of Uxbridge; her nieces, Ashley Ferrucci and Melissa Ferrucci, both of Northbridge; and her great-nieces, Emma, Mia, and Brianna.
Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, November 4th, from 4 to 6 PM at Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home, located at 42 Congress Street in Milford.
Memorial donations may be made to Liberty Adult Day Health, located at 25 South Street in Hopkinton.
