Sherry L. (Bilodeau) Sowers, 59, of Milford
1967 - 2026

Born in Framingham on January 15, 1967, Sherry was the daughter of the late Edmund and Undina (Alves) Bilodeau Sr. She was a graduate of Milford High School and was known for her selfless spirit, unwavering optimism, and kindness.

Sherry dedicated more than 20 years of her career to Lonza in Hopkinton before later working for M & M Medical in Mendon. She earned the respect of her coworkers through her dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Above all, Sherry's greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her husband, Vance Sowers of Milford; her daughters, Cassandra S. Doherty and her husband, Joseph, of Milford, and Elizabeth F. Rodriguez of Milford; her stepson, Joshua Rodriguez of Connecticut; her stepdaughters, Rachel Rodriguez of Florida and Becky Rodriguez of Connecticut; her brother, Edmund Bilodeau Jr. and his wife, Debbie, of Gardner; her sisters, Bonnie Miller and her husband, Dave, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Anne Bogards and her husband, Jim, of New York; her grandchildren, Kyla, Valentino, and Bella; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.

She was predeceased by her sister, Brenda Rennie, and her first husband, Rafael Rodriguez.

Sherry found happiness in life's simple pleasures. She loved spending time at the beach, roller skating backward, attending carnivals and fairs, enjoying meals from food trucks, dining out, shopping, baking, and fishing. She also treasured the winter season and was especially proud of once receiving the distinction of "Father of the Year." Her infectious sense of humor, courage, and positive outlook on life touched everyone who knew her.

In her own words, Sherry wished to be remembered as "selfless, sassy, and positive"—a description that perfectly captured the remarkable woman she was.
