1943 - 2026
Born on August 11, 1943, in Somerville, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late William and Josephine (Lacey) Crotty. He was a proud graduate of Somerville High School, Class of 1962.
Robert built a long and successful career as a salesman with Atlas Distributors in Auburn, where he worked for more than 30 years before retiring in 2007. In retirement, he embraced life to the fullest, enjoying travel, golf, and riding his Harley-Davidson. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his family and friends.
He is survived by his son, Robert A. Crotty; his daughter, Danielle Salgueiro; his daughter-in-law, Karen Crotty; and his son-in-law, David A. Salgueiro. He was a proud grandfather to Kayla, Connor, Alyssa, and Samantha.
Robert is also survived by his partner and companion, Jennifer Wolf, as well as his brothers, Ronald Crotty and Vincent Crotty. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by his brother, William Crotty, and his sister, Jo Ann St. Croi.
A celebration of Robert’s life will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Polish American Civic Club, 217 Mendon Street, Uxbridge.
Family and friends are warmly invited to attend, share memories, and celebrate his life. Guests are welcome to arrive and remain for as long as they wish. Refreshments will be provided.
Burial will be private.
