Born in Milford, Richard was the son of the late Robello and Wanda (Chyselski) Mazzuchelli. He was raised and educated in Milford before moving to Blackstone in 1974.
Richard worked for many years as a press operator at Bay State Abrasives, retiring in 1995 after a dedicated career.
He is survived by his son, Joseph Mazzuchelli of Blackstone; his sisters, Marie Iacovelli of Milford, Irene Iacovelli of Lancaster, and Norma Armenti of Woodstock, Connecticut; his son-in-law, Thomas Moran of Waltham; his grandchildren, Brendan, Brooke, and Daniel; his former wife, Patricia (Flynn) Mazzuchelli of Blackstone; and many nieces and nephews.
Richard was predeceased by his daughter, Laurie Moran.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, July 20th from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home, 46 Water Street, Milford.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 5 East Main Street, Milford.
Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
