Edward P. “Ed” Small, 71, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, surrounded by his loving family. He was the devoted husband of Judy (Collette) Small.

John R. Roach, 76, of Northbridge, formerly of Revere and Upton, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, after a courageous six-year battle with cancer resulting from exposure to Agent Orange during his service in Vietnam. He was the beloved husband of Josephine (Internicola) Roach.

Josef Stephen Bartek, 77, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025, after a life filled with laughter, love, and adventure. Born and raised in Somerset, he was the son of the late Fredric and Jeanne (Quigley) Bartek.

Lois Ann (DeSantis) Shannon, a lifelong resident of Milford, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025, at the age of 90, after a long illness. Born on June 21, 1935, she was the eldest daughter of the late John and Evelyn (Leoncini) DeSantis.

Suzanne Peterson, of Ayer, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Kathleen M. “Kathy” Kelley, 70, of Northbridge, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at Advinia Care in Northbridge.

Whitinsville — Harvey J. Youngsma, 93, of Whitinsville, entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior on November 2, 2025.

Christopher J. Butler, 41, of Milford, Massachusetts, passed away surrounded by his loved ones after a courageous battle. Born on June 6, 1984, in Whitinsville, Chris grew up in Uxbridge, where he was active in sports, scouting, the Youth Civil War Reenactment Group, and volunteered for many community organizations. A proud graduate of Uxbridge High School, Class of 2002, Chris built lifelong friendships that he cherished deeply.

Paul David Barcelo, 78, of Bellingham, formerly of Franklin, passed away peacefully at home on October 29, 2025, following a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Mary L. (Walsh) Barcelo for the past 46 years.

Evelyn Ernestine (Merrill) Desper, 83, of Franklin, passed away suddenly on October 30, 2025, at Rhode Island Hospital.

Paul Francis Cronin, 84, of Holliston, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 30, 2025. Born in Wellesley, he was the son of the late Florence (LeBlanc) and David J. Cronin. He was the beloved husband of 58 years to Denise (Donnelly) Cronin.

Daniel Charles Bailey, of Bellingham, MA, died peacefully on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. He was born on October 26, 1956, in Hartford, CT to Eugene and Joan Bailey and was educated at St. Christopher School in East Hartford and East Catholic High School in Manchester.
