Linda was born in Wellesley, the daughter of the late John J. and Phyllis (Fedele) McDaniel. She attended Fiske Elementary School and graduated from Wellesley High School in 1968.
Linda worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Lawrence DiBona in Wellesley for 50 years. She also owned and operated her own housecleaning business for many years. She had been a Milford resident since the 1990s and was a communicant of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church. Linda was known for her warm heart and generosity, regularly donating to numerous charities.
Along with her husband of 56 years, Linda is survived by her children, Andrew P. Balboni of Milford and Alyssa L. Balboni and her wife, Susan Balboni, of Medway. She also leaves her five grandchildren, Giacomo Balboni, Gemma Balboni, Finnegan Balboni, Samuel Afonso, and Tyler Afonso; her brother, Richard McDaniel and his wife, Barbara, of Medway; and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, September 23rd, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home, located at 44 Congress Street in Milford.
A graveside committal service will be held Thursday, September 24th at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford. The public is invited to attend.
