Matthew built a successful career in automotive sales through his family’s business, eventually becoming the owner and operator of Fino Chrysler-Plymouth in Mendon. He was a lifelong Boston sports fan, and his love of hockey led to many weekends traveling to watch his son Andrew play, and later cheering on his grandson James.
Matthew also enjoyed visiting the casino, spending time at the driving range, and relaxing at home with his beloved dogs, Nala and Cash. He shared a special bond with his grandchildren, James, Bryleigh, and Connor, who brought him tremendous joy.
He is survived by his son, Andrew Fino; his longtime partner, Karen Schiloski; and members of Karen’s family, Stephanie Gannon and her husband Cameron, Lindsay Galvin and her husband Sean, Kylie Schiloski and her husband Anthony Collari, Peter Schiloski, John Schiloski, and Joseph Schiloski. He was predeceased by his brother, John Fino.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, October 22nd, from 9 to 11 AM at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home, located in 46 Water Street in Milford. A funeral home Mass will follow at 11 AM. Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery on Medway Road in Milford.
