1983 - 2026
Born and raised in Anápolis, Brazil, Leonardo was the beloved son of Pedro Roberto and Angela Maria (Passos) Martins. He began his education in Brazil before emigrating with his family to the United States in 1997. They settled in Framingham, where Leonardo continued his education and graduated from Keefe Technical High School, Class of 2001.
Following high school, Leonardo worked for TJX Companies, first as a customer service representative and later in accounts payable. His deep love of the outdoors, traveling, and being on the road eventually led him to pursue a new career as a truck driver. He worked for Core & Main Construction in Worcester for several years and truly enjoyed the freedom of the open road and spending his days outdoors.
In 2018, Leonardo met the love of his life, Dyanna Wolfe, while they were both working at TJX. Their friendship soon blossomed into a loving relationship. They became engaged in 2020 and married in New Hampshire on July 21, 2021. Together, they settled in Westborough, where they built their home and family.
Leonardo is survived by his beloved wife, Dyanna (Wolfe) Martins of Westborough; his children, Leonardo Martins Jr. of Fort Hood, Texas, and Vyvienne Dexter, August Dexter, and Lukas Martins, all of Westborough; his parents, Pedro Roberto and Angela Maria Martins of Westborough; and his sister, Anna Carolina Batista of Brazil, along with her spouse and children. He also leaves extended family members and countless friends who will miss him dearly.
Leonardo embraced life and loved creating memories with those closest to him. He enjoyed riding his prized Indian motorcycle, visiting the beach, taking day trips to Boston, exploring the city, and traveling. One of his most memorable adventures was a trip to Iceland with Dyanna. He was a loyal New England Patriots fan and devoted supporter of São Paulo soccer.
Above all, Leonardo treasured his family. He will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted father, cherished son and brother, and a friend who brought joy and adventure to the lives of those around him.
In accordance with Leonardo’s wishes, all services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to support Leonardo’s family during this difficult time.
