Kenneth George White, 86, of Uxbridge
1939 - 2026

Born on April 26, 1939, in Uxbridge, Ken was the son of the late Clinton and Irene Harrington White. He was raised in Uxbridge and attended Uxbridge High School, where the values that would guide his life—hard work, loyalty, and determination—began to take root.

Ken built a life defined by craftsmanship, dedication to family, and an appreciation for the world around him. A master builder and cabinet maker, he took immense pride in his work. As the owner and operator of Kenneth White Construction in Uxbridge, he earned a reputation for quality, integrity, and reliability. He approached every project with precision and care and was known as someone who could fix, build, or create just about anything. In every sense, he was the ultimate problem-solver.

Outside of his work, Ken found joy in the outdoors and in life’s simple pleasures. He had a deep love for visiting national parks and took great pride in exploring the natural beauty of the country. An award-winning skeet shooter and passionate fly fisherman, he brought patience and skill to everything he pursued. He also loved traveling with his wife in their RV, and together they accomplished the remarkable milestone of visiting all 50 states—an experience he treasured deeply. Those travels were among the most meaningful moments of his life, filled with adventure, laughter, and lasting memories.

Above all, Ken was a devoted family man. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather whose steady support and care were constant throughout his life.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Judith White; his son, Jeffrey White and his wife Elizabeth Hansen; his daughter, Donna and her husband Mark Niziak; his grandchildren, Cameron White, Aaron White, Rebecca White, and Chase Niziak; and his great-granddaughter, Callie White. He is also survived by his brothers, Clinton White Jr., Roger White, and Russell White and his wife Diane, along with many extended family members and friends. He was predeceased by his brother, Warren White.

Ken’s life was marked by quiet strength, steady dedication, and meaningful accomplishments. He was respected for his work, admired for his abilities, and loved for his kindness and dependability. Whether working in his shop, enjoying time outdoors, or surrounded by family, he carried himself with a calm confidence and a deep understanding of what truly mattered.

His legacy lives on in the homes he built, the work he completed with care, the places he explored, and the family he loved so deeply. He will be remembered for his generous spirit, skilled hands, and the warmth he brought to those around him.
