1951 - 2026
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy A. (Hackett) Erickson. Kaye was raised and educated in Westborough and was a graduate of Westborough High School, Class of 1969.
She worked for many years as a bookkeeper at Erickson Auto prior to her retirement.
Kaye enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, including playing Bingo, going on cruises, Monday night dinners, spending time at the Log Cabin in New Hampshire, and trips to Myrtle Beach.
She is survived by her sons, Robert A. Cottle and his wife Andrea of Auburn, and Sean A. Cottle and his fiancé Wendy of Shrewsbury, as well as her stepdaughters, Cindy Cottle of Worcester and Donna Riopel and her husband Brian of Oxford. She also leaves behind her siblings, June Hillier of Westborough, Jack Erickson and his wife Linda of Spencer, Jim Erickson and his wife Gayle of Westborough, Lois Flagg and her husband Randy of Worcester, Tom Erickson and his wife Jane of Shrewsbury, and Karl Erickson and his wife Melissa of Westborough.
Kaye is also survived by her grandchildren Tyler and Shane Cottle, her step-grandson Adam Riopel, and her step great-grandson Austin Menard, along with many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother Craig Erickson and her step-granddaughter Amanda Riopel.
All services will be private.
