1956 - 2025
James embraced life with a joyful spirit. He loved to sing, dance, and express himself through arts and crafts. He also cherished sharing good meals and spending meaningful time with family and friends. His days were brightened and enriched by the caring community that supported him, and his family is deeply grateful to the staff and friends at the JRI Group Home in Framingham and the JRI Day Program in Natick for their kindness and dedication.
James leaves behind his brother, Robert Sears and his wife, Ann, of Falmouth, and his sister, Patricia Sears and her husband, Mark, of Holliston. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Charles Sears and his wife, Laura, of Holden, and their son, Andrew; Catherine Sears Harmon and her husband, James, of Kingston, NY, and their daughter, June; and Ryan Michaels and his partner, Chelsea, of Warwick, RI.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd, from 9:00–11:00 a.m. at Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. A private burial will take place at Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester.
