1934 - 2026
Ida and Rosario loved to travel, especially to Italy. Ida was an excellent Italian cook who enjoyed preparing meals for her family. During retirement, they enjoyed their years at Leisure Ridge in New Jersey. Ida also loved spending time with family and friends and was an avid mahjong player.
She is survived by her sons, Alan Auteri and his wife, Liz, of Hopkinton, and Gregg Auteri and his wife, Michele, of New Jersey; her brother, Richard Marino of New Jersey; grandchildren Natalie Danilecki and her husband, Coleman, and Kristina Auteri; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Santo, Tommy, and Tony Marino.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 23rd, from 9 to 10:30 AM at Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, located at 854 Washington Street. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM at Saint Mary’s Church of Holliston. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
