Giacinto Cautilli, 86, of Medway
1939 - 2026

Born in San Donato, Italy on August 25, 1939, he was the son of the late Natale and Peppina (Fabrizi) Cautilli.

Giacinto was raised in Italy and came to the United States at the age of 25, seeking opportunity and building a new life. He met his wife, Dora, in New Jersey, where they began their life together before eventually relocating to the Boston area. The couple lived in Chestnut Hill for 40 years before moving to Medway three years ago.

Before retiring, he owned a construction company for many years, taking pride in his hard work and dedication.

Giacinto loved music, playing the guitar, and was a passionate Italian soccer fan. His love of music and pride in his heritage were constants throughout his life.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his two sons, Claudio Cautilli and Carlo Cautilli and his wife Jacqueline, and his two grandchildren, Christian and Alessandra Cautilli, all of Medway.

He is also survived by two sisters, Donata Leone of New York and Nina Bartolomucci of Italy, along with many nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Carmelo Cautilli, Cesidio Cautilli, Loreta Cautilli and Biagio Cautilli.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Mass on Tuesday, February 24 at St. Joseph Church, 151 Village Street in Medway at 10 a.m. Burial will take place privately at Evergreen Cemetery in Medway.
