Manny was born on September 4, 1970, in Belém, Pará, Brazil. He later came to the United States, arriving in Framingham, where he met his wife, Jessica. The couple lived in Milford for more than 20 years before eventually moving to Mendon.
Known for his love of tinkering and solving problems, Manny enjoyed figuring things out and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Friends and neighbors knew they could count on him, whether it was repairing something, offering advice, or simply showing up when someone needed help. His generosity and quiet kindness left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
Manny shared nearly 30 years with his wife Jessica, and together they built a home and raised their family.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his four sons: Emmanuel of Brazil, Marcus of Mendon, and twins Xander and Christian of Mendon. He is also survived by three grandchildren. Manny leaves behind a large extended family in Brazil, many beloved nieces and nephews, and numerous friends and neighbors who will remember his kindness, generosity, and willingness to help anyone in need.
A gathering to celebrate Manny’s life will be planned at a later date.
Manny’s memory will live on in the family he loved and the many lives he touched.
