1941 - 2026
Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Mary (McLean) and William F. Coye.
Betty built a dedicated career as a paralegal specializing in personal injury law, working with several firms in the Framingham area. She also served her community through her work at Holliston Town Hall in various departments, including as secretary to the Planning Board.
She enjoyed life’s simple pleasures, including vacationing in Wells, Maine, reading, and spending time with family. Betty was a devoted mother and grandmother who loved attending her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events. In her younger years, she enjoyed skiing and traveling with friends.
She is survived by her children, Andrew Patterson and Jennifer Wolfe; her siblings, William Coye III and his wife Barbara, Judith A. Garcia and her husband Tony, and David Coye; and her five grandchildren, Ash, Ezra, Jeffrey, Luke, and Blake. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington Street.
