Born on June 5, 1942, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Elizabeth was the daughter of the late Melbourne Atwood Robinson and Catherine Rita (Tatten) Robinson. As the daughter of a career Navy officer, she spent much of her childhood moving from place to place before her family eventually settled in Medway, where she met the love of her life, Paul A. Rivard.
Elizabeth and Paul shared 63 years of marriage and built a life rooted in love, devotion, and family. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Paul A. Rivard; her son-in-law, Thomas E. Davey; and her parents.
Family was the center of Elizabeth’s life. She is survived by her brother, James Paul Robinson and his wife Phyllis; her daughter, Ann M. Davey of Uxbridge; her son, John P. Rivard and his wife Mary Kelly Rivard of Medway; and her daughters, Mary E. Rivard of New Hampshire and Catherine R. Rivard of Uxbridge.
She also leaves behind six cherished grandchildren: Connor and Andrew Davey, Patrick and Katrina Rivard, and Chad and Abigail Lamont.
Elizabeth will be remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family, her caring spirit, and the love she shared so freely with those around her. Her kindness, strength, and dedication created a legacy that will live on through her children, grandchildren, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 18th at 10:00 A.M. at the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, located at 3 Barber Street in Medway.
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
