Eileen M. Langelo, 100, of Medway
1925 - 2026

Born in Woods Harbor, Nova Scotia, Canada, Eileen was raised in a loving family and developed especially close relationships with her cherished grandmother and her cousin Ruth. Those early bonds helped shape the compassionate and caring person she would become.

While raising her family, Eileen worked several part-time jobs and later dedicated her time as a volunteer with Tri-Valley Elder Services, helping care for and support fellow seniors. Her gentle nature, patience, and kindness brought comfort to many who were lonely or facing difficult times.

Following the passing of her husband in 2001, Eileen made her home at Medway Senior Housing, where she lived for the remainder of her life. She enjoyed playing bingo, attending senior lunches, participating in church activities, and taking part in community events throughout Medway. Most of all, she treasured the time spent with her family at gatherings and celebrations.

Eileen was known for her warm heart, unwavering patience, and genuine concern for others. Her loving presence was a blessing to her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her four daughters: Nancy Curtis of Natick, Carolyn Ronca and her husband Bill of Naples, Florida, Judy Parlato and her husband Steve of Medway, and Laurie Langelo of West Concord. She also leaves behind her seven treasured grandchildren: Isabella, Eva, Gina, Vinny, Richard, Tommy, and Brian.

In addition to her husband, Eileen was predeceased by three brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington Street, Holliston.

A funeral home service will follow at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.

Burial will take place afterward at Lake Grove Cemetery.

Eileen’s century-long life was defined by love, service, faith, and family. Her legacy of kindness and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
