Diane Marie (Lipcsik) Nicholson, resident of Milford, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully at the age of 81 on September 24, 2025, at Rose Monahan Hospice in Worcester, Massachusetts, with her devoted husband of 57 years, Michael, at her side.
Known for her radiant smile, which her family says could light up a room, Diane leaves behind a large and loving family, including eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her father, Alex Lipcsik, and mother, Marie (Kellerman) Lipcsik. Diane was a beloved sister to Sandra Lipcsik of Bedford, Ohio; Sandor Lipcsik, Sr. and his wife Carol of Dover, Delaware; and Carl Lipcsik and his wife Linda of Cleveland, Ohio.
Diane was a devoted mother to Natalie Pond and her husband Russ of Wilmington, North Carolina; Matthew Nicholson and his wife Miriam Grace of Millbury, Massachusetts; Andrew Nicholson and his wife Lauren of Palmetto, Florida; and Lisa Watson and her husband Eddie of Greer, South Carolina.
Loved deeply by family and friends, Diane’s kindness and care for those around her will remain her lasting legacy.
Services will be private, with arrangements entrusted to the Buma Funeral Homes. Burial will take place at the VA National Cemetery in Bourne, Massachusetts.
