David Peter Emmons, 62, of Holliston
1963 - 2025

A lifelong Boston sports enthusiast, David was especially passionate about NASCAR and Penske Racing. His love for cars was a lifelong pursuit, and he was particularly proud of his Shelby Mustang. In his downtime, he enjoyed watching reality TV and playing golf. Known for his creativity, innovative thinking, and strong work ethic, David built and operated Emmons Construction for more than 30 years, earning the respect of colleagues and clients alike.

Above all, David cherished his family. His greatest joy came from the moments he spent with them—his face lighting up whenever they called, visited, or shared stories together.

David is survived by two sons from a previous marriage, Jared Emmons and his wife Jackie Sostilio of Boston, and Colin Emmons and his wife Hannah of Holliston, and their daughter Millie. He also leaves behind two stepdaughters, Emily Rowan and her husband Jon, and their children Austin, Sienna, and Quinn, and Amy and Joel Jaffe and their children Knox and Eliot, all of North Carolina. He is also survived by his siblings, Tom Emmons and his wife Carol, and Mary Bonaparte and her husband Bill, all of Holliston, along with many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 14th, at 1:00 p.m. at Edgell Grove Cemetery in Framingham.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David’s memory to Compassionate Care ALS at ccals.org.

Arrangements are under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston.
