1944 - 2025
A lifelong resident of Uxbridge, David was a proud alumnus of Uxbridge High School and remained closely connected to the community throughout his life. Following graduation, he served his community at the Worcester Courts, where he became widely known and respected for his dedication, warmth, and kindness.
Golf was one of David’s greatest passions. An avid golfer, David was a longtime member of the Whitinsville Golf Club and a two-time Club Champion, achievements he enjoyed with quiet pride and good humor.
David was predeceased by his parents, Thomas J. Lynch, Sr. and M. Rita (Pyne) Lynch, as well as his siblings, M. Regina Kinnecome, Thomas J. Lynch, Jr. and his wife Helen M. Lynch and Dennis P. Lynch. He is lovingly remembered by many cousins and countless friends, along with his adoring nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews across Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, and South Carolina.
David treasured his role within his family. Known simply as “Uncle,” he supported his family throughout their lives—proudly celebrating their accomplishments, consoling them in times of need, and always serving as a gentle and devoted presence. His humor, encouragement, and steady kindness created memories filled with warmth and laughter that will be cherished forever.
David’s life was defined by his thoughtful nature, unwavering positivity, and infectious humor, qualities that allowed him to form deep, lasting bonds wherever he went. He built deep and lasting friendships with co-workers, neighbors, and caregivers, and his neighbors at the Crown and Eagle became like a second family to him. To many, David was a familiar, comforting presence whose laughter and kindness helped define the spirit of the community.
