Born in Hong Kong, Cyndi was the cherished daughter of Martina (Law) Tong and Brian Tong of Natick. She was the beloved wife of Terry Lin of Hopkinton.
Cyndi graduated from Natick High School before earning her bachelor's degree from University of Maine.
Creative and hardworking, Cyndi enjoyed home improvement projects, painting, and gardening. She channeled her creativity into building a successful e-commerce business. Known for her kind heart and uplifting spirit, she had a gift for bringing joy to those around her. Cyndi loved living in Hopkinton and was deeply grateful for the friendships she formed within the community.
Above all else, Cyndi was a devoted mother. Her four children were the center of her world and her greatest source of pride and happiness.
In addition to her husband, Terry, Cyndi is survived by her children, Kyle Gibson, Kelsey Lin, Cameron Lin, and Samantha Lin; her sister, Natalie Shapiro and her husband Derek of South Carolina, along with their son, Jacob; her parents, Martina and Brian Tong of Natick; and her in-laws, Shang and Hillary Lin of Framingham.
Private services are being held under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, an education fund is being established for the Lin children. Information regarding the fund will be announced at a later date.
