Cheryl A. (White) Rowe, 64, of Milford
1962 - 2026

Cheryl was a devoted and loving mother to her daughters, Kaleigh Rowe and Olivia Rowe, both of Milford. She filled their lives with laughter, love, and music. She also shared a special bond with her granddaughter, Shayla Gayle Rowe, whom she adored deeply.

Known for her quirky and playful sense of humor, Cheryl had a gift for making those around her laugh. She loved pulling pranks and keeping friends and family smiling. She also had a talent for creating chocolate treats, bringing her fun, sassy, and beautifully crafted confections to many celebrations.

Even as her health declined in recent years, Cheryl remained selfless and caring, always willing to help others. Her generous spirit was reflected in her work as an in-home caretaker. She provided dedicated care to Joyce for many years, and over time, Joyce became like family. Cheryl ensured she remained active, well cared for, and connected to the community—now watching over her as a special guardian.

Cheryl was proud to be an organ donor, a decision that held deep personal meaning. Her brother Jeff had previously received a life-saving organ transplant in 2020, making her gift one that came full circle for her family.

She is survived by her daughters and granddaughter; her sister, Diane Olson of Milford; her brother, Jeff White and his wife Kathy of Bellingham; and her sisters-in-law, Patty and Wendy. She also leaves behind many cousins and dear friends who will miss her greatly.

Cheryl was predeceased by her parents, Bill White and Gail Letourneau.

Funeral arrangements are under the care of Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home. In accordance with her wishes, a celebration of Cheryl’s life will be planned at a later date.
