1939 - 2026
Born in Johnson City, New York, he was the son of the late Frank and Anna (Slahucka) Miklosovich, both of whom emigrated from Czechoslovakia. He was a graduate of Johnson City High School and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and his master’s degree in Human Resource Administration from Framingham State University. Chuck built a long and successful career as a Director of Human Resources, working primarily in the manufacturing industry.
During his college years, Chuck played football at the University of Toledo in the Mid-American Conference, serving as both an offensive and defensive guard. He later became deeply involved in his community, most notably serving on the Milford Finance Committee for an extraordinary 53 years, retiring in 2025. In recognition of his decades of dedicated service, he received citations from both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Town of Milford. Throughout his tenure, he contributed to numerous subcommittees, including Parks, Library, and Highway.
Chuck was an avid New York Yankees fan and fondly remembered trips to Yankee Stadium with his brother. He cherished time spent at his beach house with his wife Pat, where they enjoyed clamming, biking along the Cape Cod Canal, and gathering with family and friends. One of his greatest joys was spending time with his grandson Kevin, especially working together on his baseball card collection.
He is survived by his daughter, Kara Daniels, her husband Steven, and his grandson Kevin. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by his sisters Josephine “Mickey” Miklosovich and Mary Ann Miklosovich, his brother Frank Miklosovich, and his sister-in-law Paula Wolff.
