Born in Milford, Carol was the daughter of the late Arthur and Ethel (Cook) Eldredge. She was raised and educated in Milford, where she developed the strong work ethic and caring spirit that would define her life.
Carol was still employed as an inspector at IEP Technologies in Ashland, where she was known for her dedication and precision. Beyond her professional life, she devoted countless hours volunteering with the Milford Humane Society, where her compassion for animals—especially cats—was deeply appreciated and admired.
