1934 - 2026
Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, Bruce was the son of the late Harold and Marguerite (Bruce) Stratton. He made Milford his home in 1958 and remained a dedicated member of the community throughout his life.
Bruce enjoyed a distinguished career as president of the former American Durafilm Company in Holliston, where he worked for 30 years before retiring in 1990. A proud United States Navy veteran, he honorably served his country during the Korean War.
Dedicated to both his community and fellow veterans, Bruce was a member of the American Legion, the Italian American Veterans Club, and was a former member of the Milford Lions Club. He also generously volunteered with Tri-Valley Elder Services, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Bruce is survived by his four children: Kathy Bufalo of Milford; Bruce J. Stratton and his wife, Patricia, of Franklin; Beth Dalesio of Milford; and Scott Stratton and his wife, Ana, of Nevada. He also leaves his cherished grandchildren, Amanda Dias and her husband, Pedro, Samantha Stratton, Danielle Stratton, Dylan Dalesio, Alexa Stratton, and Kevin Stratton; his great-grandson, Anthony Dias; and his nephew, Mark Calzolaio.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 14th, from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at the Consigli-Ruggerio Funeral Home, located at 46 Water Street in Milford.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church.
Military honors and burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
