Bernadette K. Cribby, 78, of Westborough
1948 - 2026

She was the beloved daughter of the late Charles Oickle and Mary McDonald of Millis, Massachusetts.

Bernadette was predeceased by her loving husband, Lauren E. Cribby of Millis, who passed away on April 7, 2002, after 35 years of marriage.

She leaves behind her loving children, Pamela Franklin, James Cribby, and Carol Cribby. She was also a cherished grandmother to seven grandchildren and a proud great-grandmother to five great-grandchildren. In addition, Bernadette is survived by her eight beloved siblings, all of whom will forever treasure her memory.

Bernadette is also survived by her devoted companion and partner, Carroll “Cabby” Belanger, and his family of Westborough. Together they shared 11 loving years filled with companionship, laughter, care, and unwavering support.

Bernadette found joy in life’s simple pleasures and in the people she loved most. She enjoyed gardening, dancing whenever the opportunity arose, and gathering with family and friends to share meals and special occasions. She especially treasured trips to New Hampshire, visits to the race track, and peaceful moments spent in her backyard watching flowers bloom and animals roam freely.

Known for her warmth, humor, resilience, and generous spirit, Bernadette touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14th, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, located at 3 Barber Street in Medway.

Her funeral service will take place at 10:00 AM in the funeral home.

Burial will follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Millis.

Guests are encouraged to attend wearing their brightest and most colorful attire in celebration of Bernadette’s vibrant spirit.
