A Wrentham man has been arrested for allegedly filming employees using a bathroom in a Milford store. The investigation started last month when workers at Lowe’s on Fortune reported that a guy had stuck his cell phone on the ground and was filming up under the stall divider. His car was ID’d through surveillance footage and Milford Police Detectives got a search warrant for Uber records to find him. 18-year-old John Kelley has been charged with two counts of Photographing an Unsuspecting Nude Person.
