By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – If you live in Wrentham, you do not need to boil your water but there is something you may have to do. The Town Manager says they learned Thursday that a routine test from Well #5 on Tuesday was positive for E.coli. The well has been shut off for cleaning. Well water is chlorinated before it gets to your home and the chlorinated samples were fine; only the pre-treated samples tested positive. However out of caution you should throw out any ice, drinks, formula or uncooked food made with tap water from Tuesday May 7.
