With funding for a new Public Works Facility under consideration at the Wrentham Fall Town Meeting, the Town is hosting some outreach events where you can learn more about it. There’s a Public Information Session on October 1 at the Fiske Library and another on October 15 at the Senior Center. But there is also a Public Works Open House and Touch-a-Truck Event Saturday, October 4 from 10am to 2pm at the DPW. Officials say the current DPW facility lacks proper vehicle and equipment storage and maintenance space and has inadequate work areas and employee facilities.
