MILFORD — The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office’s annual winter jacket giveaway is helping residents in Milford stay warm this winter. Sheriff Lew Evangelidis and his team have distributed 4,000 winter jackets at more than 30 locations across the county.
According to Patch, jackets in Milford will be distributed to those in need by the Milford Police Family Services Unit, Chris’ Corner Recovery Resource Center, and Pathway to a Better Life. The winter jackets are provided through the Worcester County Reserve Deputy Sheriff’s Association.
