By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Westborough’s VFW Post 9013 has reportedly not given up on reopening their building which was damaged in a fire three years ago. Post Commander Michael Van Nest tells the Community Advocate they have recently settled some legal issues related to the May 2021 fire at the Milk Street building which had just undergone some renovations when the fire struck. Van Nest says the Post is committed to reopening and refurbishing the building so they can get back to their mission of supporting local veterans.
