Town Staff and the architects will do presentations on September 9th at 6pm in the Forbes Great Hall and on September 10th at 2pm at the Senior Center. You can get full current details and a history on the town website. Last year, Town Meeting voted to buy the property for $8.8 million. The Community Advocate reports some of the proposed remodeling could cost at least $15 million.
