WESTBOROUGH – The Westborough Police Department has been recognized for its commitment to keeping local roads safe, earning the AAA Northeast Gold Award for outstanding traffic safety efforts.
This marks the second time the department has received the honor. Officials say the continued recognition reflects the daily work of officers to make roadways safer for drivers and pedestrians.
In addition, Lt. Clifford Luce was named a Community Traffic Safety Hero for his leadership in crash investigation, post-crash response, and regional safety planning.
