WESTBOROUGH – The Westborough Select Board has begun discussions on a proposal for a 388-unit apartment complex planned along Route 9, near Milk Street and Turnpike Road.

The project, proposed by Post Road Realty, a Connecticut-based developer, is scheduled for review by the Planning Board next month.

According to the Community Advocate, Select Board members raised several questions during last week’s meeting, including concerns about the town’s remaining sewer capacity, the potential impact on the school district from new families moving in, and traffic implications in the busy Route 9 corridor.
