A Westborough man remains behind bars after being accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl earlier this month. Rigoberto Vasquez Mendoza was arrested August 14 for the incident that happened in Westborough but was reported by the victim to police in Lynn, who started the investigation. Police initially said his bail was set as just $5000 but according to the Milford Daily News he is still in jail and if he does come up with the bond, he will be on home confinement. His next court appearance is September 16.
