WESTBOROUGH – A man accused of threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend in Westborough last month has been ordered to be held without bail for at least four more months. The Daily News reports a District Court Judge ruled that Carlos Rivera is too dangerous to release. He faces more than a dozen charges including stalking and threatening to commit murder. Rivera was arrested June 24 after showing up at an event the woman was attending in violation of a restraining order. Police say they found a loaded shotgun in his car.
