By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – More housing could be coming to Westborough with the Planning Board reportedly approving a proposal to turn part of the Westborough Shopping Center into a mix of retail and housing. The Community Advocate reports the shopping center’s owners want to convert some buildings on Lyman Street into one new building; they would have retail on the first floor and 37 housing units on the second, third and fourth floors. And they want it to turn their J&N building into 21 units. Officials say 25% of the units will be affordable.
