By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – More than 400 people are needing a place to live following a Monday morning apartment building fire in Westborough. The Westborough Fire Department was called around 840 am to the Arrive Apartments on Turnpike Road and found heavy smoke pouring out of the 7th floor. The fire was extinguished in less than an hour but officials say the water damage went from the 7th floor to the basement so all 177 apartments have had to be emptied. Investigators say a faulty electrical appliance caused the fire with an estimated $2 million dollars in damage. There was one person hurt.
