We’re learning more about the Town of Hopedale’s decision to sell its historic Town Hall building. As we reported last week, following Town Meeting approval, the building will be sold with town leaders hoping whoever buys it will preserve its historical facade and have a use that serves the town. The Town Administrator tells the Daily News the decision was so the $20 million needed to make the building a safe working space could instead be used for other town infrastructure needs. Town offices are moving to a nearby condo and the restaurant Beyond Full will also move once the sale is done.
