There will be a candlelight vigil Saturday for a Medway family that has been stuck in Gaza since the war started between Hamas and Israel. U.S. citizens Abood Okal and Wafaa Abuzayda were visiting family in northern Gaza with their 1-year-old son when the war started and have been waiting ever since at the Gaza/Egypt border for the US State Department to get them through the border. The Okal family vigil is Saturday, November 4, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on the lawn of the Thayer Homestead and Choate Park.
