By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The suspect in a 2022 fatal crash in Upton has been captured in England and returned to the US. Worcester DA Joseph D. Early, Jr. says Gabriel Dias De Holanda was the driver in the crash that killed passenger Jacob Osanya. Dias De Holanda fled to Brazil, which does not extradite its own nationals, but recently traveled to the UK. State Police arranged to have him arrested there and following extradition hearings he was returned to Massachusetts last week. He faces multiple charges including manslaughter.
