Upton Annual Town Meeting Warrant Includes Requests for Infrastructure Upgrades and Feasibility Study

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The warrant has been posted for Upton’s Annual Town Meeting which is May 2 at Nipmuc Regional High School. It includes requests for new trucks for the Highway Division and the Water and Wastewater Division, a new police car and refurbishment of a fire truck. It also asks for replacing two of the town’s emergency message boards and replenishing the beach sand at Kiwanis Beach. There is also a request for an engineering study of the feasibility of burying utility lines within Upton Center.
