Two young men have died following a crash on I-195 in Dartmouth. The victims were identified as 19-year-old Kevin Dos Santos Lopes of New Bedford and 18-year-old Amilton De Pina Semedo of Pawtucket. The crash happened Saturday near Exit 19. State Police say the cause doesn’t appear suspicious, but it’s still under investigation.
