Two men from Michigan 21 year old Michael Page and 18 year old Jhlon Cabell have been arrested following a shoplifting incident at a Target in Milford. The theft, which occurred earlier this month, was part of an organized retail crime spree that also targeted a Lowe’s in the area. The suspects were tracked to Flint, Michigan, Police say the vehicle they were in matched the description of one seen in CCTV footage. Police also say some of the $6,000 in stolen merchandise was found in the getaway car. Both men are facing multiple charges,
