SOUTHBOROUGH – A tree worker was seriously injured Wednesday morning after becoming trapped high above the ground while working at a property on Pinecone Lane.

The Southborough Fire Department responded around 10:30 a.m. and found the injured worker approximately 100 feet up in a tree. Fire officials called in the Marlborough Fire Department’s aerial ladder truck along with the District 14 Technical Rescue Team to assist.
