Tomorrow is the 11-community vote on whether to build a new Tri-County Vocational High School. Voters in Franklin, Medway, Millis, Wrentham, Norfolk, Seekonk, Walpole, Medfield, Plainville, N. Attleboro, and Sherborn will answer only one question, which is Yes or No to authorize building the new school. The amount each community will pay will be based on a ratio of how many students they send to the school. Some communities have additional votes on debt exclusions at a later date.
Is the tradition of trick or treating fading?
